The American Small Business League was formed to promote and advocate policies that provide the greatest
opportunity for small businesses – the 98% of U.S. companies with less than 100 employees.
ASBL monitors existing policies and proposed policy changes by the Small Business Administration and
other federal agencies that affect its members, and helps to coordinate any response required to
safeguard the interests of small businesses.
We achieve significant and measurable results for small businesses across America, seeking their mandated
share of federal, state and local government contracts.
"Small businesses are America's job creators. They create hope and opportunity for our
entrepreneurs and workers. They are essential to our nation's economic prosperity. We work to ensure
that the government respects the importance of small businesses, the people they employ, and the
principles of entrepreneurship."
Rep. Donald Manzullo (R-IL)
Chairman of the House Small Business Committee
